Andy WangTUF5 TRAINING: The first thing I do in the morning is to read a few pages of the book, "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu to get my mind in the correct framework for the day. I usually then do strength and conditioning in the morning, which can vary all the way from running and lifting weights to playing ping-pong for hand-eye coordination. Night time is specific fight training such as striking, wrestling or ground fighting technique work and sparring. I usually finish the day by giving my brain a workout by solving Calculus equations...you have to keep the mind sharp! When and why did you start training for fighting? I turned professional in the year 2000 during my senior year of college at the University of Hawaii @ Manoa. I always was fascinated with the martial arts and felt that the guys who stepped into the ring, win or lose, were the modern day warriors. I wanted to become a warrior.
