TRAINING: Cardio training, lifting, mitts, yoga in the morning. Sparring or grappling in the evening.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Brad played offensive tackle for the University of Missouri and was a starter his senior year. He went on to play professionally for the Arena Football League’s Iowa Barnstormers. Brad is a former Strength Coach for the University of Missouri and Texas Christian University football teams. When Brad got laid off from a job he took up fighting to make some money.

What is your favorite technique? Striking.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's a big deal. I set the goal of fighting in the UFC within 12 months of the beginning of my training back in August 2004, and now I've accomplished that.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, University of Missouri-Columbia, Agricultural Economics; UMC/TCU Graduate School for Liberal Arts, 3 hours needed for graduation.
What was your job before you started fighting? I was the general manager of a retail landscape and supply company.
