Thoughts on opponent, Mike Wilkinson? Mike is a great guy. We were very good friends when we were on the show. He's tough and durable but I believe this is my time and I will leave it all in there. Business is business. When and why did you start training for fighting? I began watching the UFC because of my next door neighbor. He was a pro MMA fighter and I always wanted to follow in his footsteps. I had my first fight in September 2008. I had been training twice a week for six months and realized I was decent at the sport. What ranks and titles have you held? British Novice Wrestling champion. Won various wresting and grappling competitions. Do you have any heroes? My parents What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything. I have achieved 3/4's of my dream and I won’t stop until I achieve it all. It's a chance to better the lives of me and my family forever. I am very grateful for my opportunity. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I achieved most of my high school GCSE's. I also achieved A levels in Sport and Mechanical Engineering at college. What was your job before you started fighting? I worked on the doors for three years whilst fighting. Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Being undefeated. Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Reaching TUF and the UFC. Favorite grappling technique: The winning one. Favorite Striking technique: Left hook
