TRAINING: I'm doing three workouts a day for 2 hours each, 3 times per week, training Jiu-Jitsu, MuayThai and doing my physical preparation. The other three days I train MMA, wrestling, and fitness, resting only on Sundays. All my workouts and vitamins are being monitored by professionals.
Thoughts on opponent, Milton Vieira? He’s a tough guy and an aggressive, veteran fighter.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started Judo and Tae Kwon Do when I was 12 years old, Muay Thai when I was 14 and MMA when I was 18. I started because I wanted to do something physical and stay active.
What ranks and titles have you held? Black belt in Muay Thai and purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is a dream come true; it means everything to me as a fighter and is where I always wanted to fight.
