TRAINING: Get up at 5am. Run 6 miles up the mountains in Santa Fe. Jump on the train to Albuquerque. Hit pads with coach Winkeljohn for 30 min. Regular practice. Sauna. Back to Santa Fe. Strength and conditioning. 5000 meter row.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting during my last year of college. I didn't know what I was going to do with my life and a friend of mine called me and asked me to fight and the rest is history.
