Training: A typical day of training is packed full of stand up, JJ, & conditioning. I'm in the greatest shape of my life & I'll be ready to sprint 3 rounds.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in Martial Arts in December of 1999 after playing football in college. I immediately fell in love with the competition and wanted to begin competing.
Do you have any heroes? Although I don't have a single hero I find strength and have the utmost respect for those who don't quit in competition or in life.
