TRAINING: My first training session starts at about 11 am. I do conditioning and all my stand up. My coach, Jake Behney, studies my opponent and our striking is dictated by the strengths and weaknesses he finds in my opponents. Training usually lasts about an hour and a half and I get some food, relax a little while, and I am back on the mats at 6 that evening to work on my wrestling and jiu-jitsu, where again my training is structured to what my coach sees as my opponent's strengths and weaknesses on the ground. Some days I also do some outside sparring with some schools I have an affiliation with.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Started training 3.5 years ago because I had a son.
What ranks and titles have you held? King of the Cage Champion, Total Fighting Alliance Champion, Warriors Fighting Championships Champion

What does it mean for you to fight in STRIKEFORCE? It’s an opportunity to change MMA, to bring a different feel of MMA, to bring an entertaining style.
