TRAINING: I don't have a typical day of training, but I do have a typical week of training, because each day I do something different. One day I train jiu-jistu in the morning and then I have Muay Thai training at night. Another day I have wrestling practice in the morning and Strength and Conditioning training at night. Thank God I have being able to do a good and hard training for this fight. My camp has been really complete and I have trained all points of mixed martial arts.
