Training: My average training is Monday to Friday 4x a day, consisting of conditioning, Thai boxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu, with weekends off to recover and relax.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training kickboxing when I was 5years old. I just had a lot of energy as a kid, and then I had my 1st semi pro fight at 13 and fell in love with fighting. I turned pro at 18 and never looked back. I have a job I love and am truly blessed.
