Training: Cardio in the morning, Sparring, Wrestling or Jiu-Jitsu in the evening.
When and why did you start training for fighting? My father was a lifelong martial artist and got me involved at an early age.
What ranks and titles have you held? Former UFC Welterweight Champion, Pan Am Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gold Medalist - 1999, Worlds Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion - 1999, Abu Dhabi Qualifier Winner - 2000, Runner up Abu Dhabi Championships – 2001, TUF4 Welterweight Winner. Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie.
