EA SPORTS UFC 5 CONTENT UPDATE | January 2024

EA Sports UFC 5’s newest content update adds three Alter Egos to the game as part of the Champions: Volume 1 bundle. First, we first travel back to UFC 51, where UFC veteran Andrei Arlovski reached the top by submitting Tim Sylvia in round one to become the UFC interim heavyweight champion. Next, we head to UFC 179 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where after years of dominating in WEC, Jose Aldo made his long-awaited UFC debut at against top contender, Chad Mendes. Aldo dominated the fight to become the inaugural UFC featherweight champion in his home city, cementing his name in history as “The King of Rio”. Finally, we head to UFC 195, where Robbie Lawler was able to break through and capture UFC welterweight gold by defeating Carlos Condit over the course of five rounds. To honor the legacies of these UFC champions, all three fighters are now in UFC 5 for users to play with.
